For what's likely to become the most important film to hit theatres this year, I encourage everyone to go see AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH during its opening weekend (starts Wed. 5/24 in select theaters). This film - about the current climate crisis - holds a crucial message about the future of our environment, and what we - regular people - can do to make changes NOW.
This is an important film but - of course - it is a FILM and therefore if opening weekend isn’t strong, it will fade away and not be seen by the masses. And it must be seen.
I have pledged to see this film during its opening weekend to help get it off to a good start and help spread the movie- at it's message - to the rest of the country. I encourage you all to visit the film's website, and make the same pledge. Its time we all do something - this is a start.
